Step 1
R2D2 is a very detailed character with many specific and small details to draw.
Drawing him can be difficult. But, we will make it easy by slowing down in this R2D2 drawing tutorial.
We’ll start by drawing an outline of R2D2. You will be able to copy the reference image closely once you have completed this.
Also, you should refer to the final reference image that we provided in order to account for all parts of the droid.
We will draw his entire body, including the base and legs, using a mixture of straight and curvy lines.
Once the outline has been drawn, we can add details to the next step.
Step 2: Now, draw the inner details of R2D2.
