Following the introduction of our drawing lesson series on Futurama characters, a lot of our readers started to request lessons on all the characters in the series. So we made a decision to create an instructional video on drawing Hermes Conrad as the Jamaican bureaucrat at level 34 as well as an accountant from “Planet Express.
Step 1
The first step is to sketch the head in a shape of a circle, and the torso that is in the shape of an oval.
Step 2
In the second step as per the custom, we sketch out the legs and arms of the character.
Step 3
Draw pupils and glasses that are rectangular as dots. Next, draw a wide nose.
Step 4
Then we move up a little and then draw in the curly hair outline of Hermes.
Step 5
This is where we’ll focus on the lower half of the face. It will show the mouth with a smile as well as a tiny ear and the neck’s outline.
Step 6
We will now move to the torso and draw out the lines of the collar of the shirt as well as the belly and collar of the jacket.
Step 7
To work on the body by working out the shoulders and long sleeves, as in our illustration.
Step 8
The simplest part of this tutorial is that we trace the outline of our hands as well as the lower edges of our shirts.
Step 9
In the final section of this course, we’ll draw Hermes Conrad’s pants and shoes.
