Step 1
Start by drawing a circle of medium size for Elmer’s head. Next, add lines to his body. After that, you can draw guides for Elmer’s face and create shapes for his hands.

Next, draw the outline of the hunter hat’s lining and then trace the contour of his face and cheeks. Finish the lining of his body by drawing ovals for his eyes. This is all so simple, right?
