You may have heard of the myth that cacti guard against harmful radiation. Many people attempt to put the cacti whenever they can.

Fortunately, we’re not at all inclined to believe such notions. We enjoy plants quite a bit. We have decided to create an instructional drawing lesson on drawing the Cactus.

Step 1

Begin by drawing your outline of the tree of our Cactus. It is possible to draw a cactus that consists of just one trunk. In fact, this cactus is found inside our offices. The stems of the cactus must be smooth and round like our example.

 

Step 2

In this stage, we’ll sketch the outline for the flower pot. Do not draw a tiny or very rectangular flowerpot. It could look odd because we are drawing a rather huge cactus in the drawing lesson.

 

Step 3

In this stage, we’ll draw these plates and a few spines to the left. The plates resemble long vertical lines that run through the whole stem of a Cactus.

 

Step 4

We will continue drawing the spines of the cactus. It appears as three or four small dashes that are situated within the same distance of each other.

 

Step 5

Our cactus must appear real. We will therefore create small shadows. There are areas of light shade to the left of the cactus’s stem and on the left-hand right side of the pot. You can also draw shadows on other areas of the pot to suit your preferences.

 

It was a success Isn’t it? We should take a brief break in order to be sincere. We put in the effort all day long, so much that our cacti began dry out. We must go out and replenish them with water. We will see you soon on our website!
