HOW TO DRAW A YAWNING LION CUB

We draw cats of all kinds and sizes. We have already written tutorials on the animated cat, leopard, and Cheetah. In this drawing lesson, we’ve decided to teach how to draw what to draw in a grumpy cub of a lion step-by-step.

Step 1
Begin by drawing an outline of a circle to serve as a reference to the head. Draw an extended vertical line that reflects the symmetry. Then draw a horizontal line that is the eye.

Step 2

Step 5
The only thing left to do is draw shadows. Paint first the nose and eyes. Then, add hatching to the mouth. Then at the end of the step and throughout the complete tutorial, add shadows just like the example.
