In this drawing guide, we’ll teach the user the art of drawing the Rolls-Royce Phantom – probably the most sought-after and famous automobile. The present Rolls-Royce Phantom is the grandfather of the legendary Phantoms that have features from its ancestors including the vertical grille that borrowed its style from the Parthenon and has the ecstatic spirit on its hood top. So, let’s get started!
Begin by drawing the rectangle in our example. This is the basis for our Rolls Royce. Then, over the rectangle, sketch the roof with a curved line. Be aware that unlike other cars in this class, this Rolls Royce Phantom has a number of straight lines.
In the front of Rolls-Royce sketch the radiator grille using simple straight lines. On the sides and back of the grille, we draw the headlights that are angular.
With a pencil, sketch on the front of the car. Two straight lines draw the upper triangular section of the grille. Draw the arch in front and the wheels.
Draw out the outline of the doors, windows, and mirrors. Draw the back arch and the wheel. Create your car’s rear slope as in our example. At this point, your Rolls Royce Phantom drawing should appear as a sketch.
Now, let’s get to the finer details. Make it appear three-dimensional like in our case. The lines on the grille need to be the same distance from one another.
We will continue by drawing out the top portion of the drawing by Rolls-Royce. Draw the headlights with precision. Draw the rest of the front including a bumper as well as a registration plate.
Remove all instructions on the rear of the Rolls-Royce. Draw out the bonnet using the long lines straight. Make a trace of the arches using an angled line and tire that looks similar to the shape of an oval.
Draw out the details of the roof and window of the Rolls Royce. Make sure you draw the rear-view mirror. We have said it before that all lines on this vehicle are straight or nearly straight.
Draw the doors wide of the Rolls-Royce Phantom with the famous handles situated at the intersection with the other doors. Then, finish the process by drawing the rear part of the automobile, including the rear arch and wheel which is drawn in exactly the same way as the front.
Add a few important details. The topmost part of your radiator’s grill draws the ecstasy spirit – an element that is among the best well-known parts of Rolls-Royce. At the end draw rims that have the Rolls-Royce logo center of the grill.
