How to Draw A Pentagram

1st Step:

Although the first step of this tutorial shows you how to draw a pentagram, it is not as difficult as it seems.

This step will be much simpler if you have a ruler and a pencil. You will draw lines that look similar to different triangles superimposed onto each other using your ruler.

However, the reference image will help you to see where there are gaps.

It may seem difficult, but if you carefully follow the instructions as you draw, you should not have any problems.

2nd Step:

This pentagram step will use straight lines to make a sharp shape at top of pentacle.

It will almost look like an arrowhead missing one side, as you can see from the reference image. In the next few steps we’ll add a few more of these shapes, so let’s get on to step 3.

3rd Step:

For this tutorial, you will need to draw another point shape similar to the one shown in the previous step.

This shape will be facing to the left and will look identical to the original shape, except for its location.

4th Step:

These pointed shapes are easy to draw, so you shouldn’t have any trouble adding more for your next pentagram steps.

This will be located on the right-hand side of the pentagram. This reference image will demonstrate how the shapes will appear to be repeating with each other. Some will appear to be connecting.

5th Step:

You are almost done with the spikes that you have drawn. But there is still more to be added in this pentagram tutorial.

The next one will be located at the bottom right corner of the pentagram, as seen in the reference image. We have one more thing to add to this guide.

6th Step:

These spikes have been drawn for your pentagram many times so far. Now you will be drawing the final shape of the tutorial.

This should be enough for the interior pentagram. Now you can move on to the next step. If you haven’t done so, make sure you want to write your lines using a pen before continuing!

7th Step:

Once you have drawn the pentacle’s star, you can now add the last elements and strokes to this section of our pentagram tutorial.

A circle should be drawn around the star shape. A drawing compass can make it easier to draw a circle. This will help you create the perfect circle.

Your pentagram will be complete once you have completed the circle. You can add any details you wish before you move on.

To make it more appealing, you can add texture to it, modify the design or draw symbols on it.

It’s entirely up to you to personalize it.

8th Step:

This brings us to the last step, drawing the pentagram. This step allows you to bring your drawing to life with some incredible colors.

We used a different color for each point shape of the inner star in our reference image. We used a muted brown to fill in the space between it and the star.

This is only one example of how you could color this. You should let your imagination run wild and use your favorite colors.

Once you have a clear idea of how you want to color this image, you can experiment with your favorite media and art tools.

To get the color you desire, you can use a variety of mediums such as paints, watercolors or markers.

We are eager to see your creative touches to bring this image to life using your colors.
