How to Draw a Lamb Step by Step

Below is a step-by-step drawing tutorial.

How to draw A small Dog Step by Step

Step 1

The first step. This is where you will find all the directions and circles that you need to draw the sheep. The circles will overlap because the sheep is in a 3/4 view. Start at the top and draw a circle of medium size for the head. In the middle, outline the lines that will be used to position the face. Draw a smaller circle below the neck and two smaller circles for your legs. Next, draw an oval-shaped circle at the end of your sheep. As shown, connect the dots.

Step 2

Here you will draw the sheep’s ears, face, and legs. As you did above, start at the top and lightly sketch the eyes, nose and mouth. He is so innocent. Next, outline the large ears using a floppy disc. Once you are done, draw the outer frame for the sheep. Take your time and use the sketch to guide you.

Step 3

This is a quick step that will show you how to draw the hind legs, the detailed parts of your face, such as the left eye, and outline your head and face. Because the lining is thick, bold and simple, drawing the hind legs can be very easy. Once you’re done, move on to step 4.

Step 4

This is a very short step as you are only going to be detailing and identifying parts of the lamb’s anatomy. Take a look at the face, trace the lines and then detail the kneecap and hooves. After you have finished detailing the sheep you can erase the circles and guides you created in step 1.

Step 5

This is your finished line art after you have drawn your sheep. He’s not so adorable. You can add shadows to the drawing and leave it as a sketch. Or, you can color him in with a soft gray. You have the option. You did an excellent job and I look forward to seeing you again.
