The basic step-by-step drawing guide that follows
Step 1: Begin drawing your roots. Draw a few tiny Wavy lines within a group.
Step 2: Draw the root. Then, on either of these sides of the root draw a horizontal line by using the side ledges, instead of an ordinary line. Draw an inward-facing curving line on the highest point of the line. Repeat the process on the opposite side, but make sure that your curves do not overlap. Draw small bumps along the interior of your trunk to create the specifics of the trunk.
Step 3: End using the leaf outline. Starting at the very top, you can draw around nine lines diagonally. From each or more of these diagonal lines trace small, diagonal lines along the opposite side of your line. Repeat this for all of your diagonal lines. Now you’ve got leaves!
