A cube is a shape that is formed with six equal sides. They make up a lot of different things like ice cubes, bricks, bars of soap and wood blocks. They are easy to draw if you know how to do it.
In this tutorial you will learn how to draw a cube in 3D. This is a freehand drawing. You won’t be using rulers or vanishing points. You will learn how to draw a cube that looks 3D without using rulers. This would be useful for drawing cartoons or comic style art.
You’ll learn some basic concepts when it comes to drawing 3 dimensional cubes. There are some common mistakes people make that are easily corrected. All you need is some basic knowledge to be able to identify and fix these mistakes.
Drawing is also good practice for seeing how a square can turn into a cube. Some examples you might find on the internet involve drawing the front and then the back, and then connecting the two. That involves a little more dimensional thinking though, so for that reason I like this version of just drawing the front, then the sides, and then connecting the ends. There’s no need to erase anything, and is perhaps a little easier to understand.
Hey…! students we are here to teach you how to draw a cube. We are here with proper guidance on cube drawing. In this tutorial, there is a step-by-step guide to help you, all you need is a pencil, a sheet, and an eraser. Cube is a geometrical shape and used in mathematics for very regular. Whenever we see a cube it seems very difficult and complicated. Learn drawing a cube with this easy tutorial illustrated below. But before moving on, do you know about the cube, what it is..?
What is a Cube:
Cube is a closed shape form with joining 6 squares of the same size. It is also termed hexahedron. It is a 3D structure having length, breadth, and height. It has 6 sides with 12 edges, 8 vertices, and its main parts are Face, edges, vertex, face diagonals, space diagonals.
In order to correctly and accurately draw a cube, it is necessary to understand and imagine its volume. That is, when creating this geometric figure, you must clearly understand where and at what angle its sides are located and how they are reduced in perspective.
In fact, there are a huge number of different ways to how to draw a 3d cube, and in this article, we will show you one of them. In the future, we will show you some other ways of drawing this geometric body.
How to draw cube for kids and beginners:

This was my initial sketch that I did. However, after looking at it, I realized one of the boards wasn’t quite right. The angle of the center board on the top is off just slightly, which makes a pretty big difference. If you wanted your boards to look uneven, then this would work just fine.
